NoW of Work: AI Adoption Program

Once you’re enrolled in the AI Adoption Program, you’ll receive two emails: one confirming your enrollment and the other containing a link to set up your account. Simply click on the "Get Started" button, create your account by filling in your name, email, and setting a password, and you’ll be all set. You’ll then receive a "Welcome" email with a link to sign in to your dashboard and access your course content.

The course content is "dripped" on a weekly basis, meaning that each week’s content becomes available at the start of that week. If you're unable to access content for future weeks, don’t worry—it’s just because it hasn’t been unlocked yet. The program is structured to release content progressively to help you focus on one week at a time.

Each week’s assignments are available in the course player. You’ll find a to-do list with tasks such as homework, quizzes, and check-ins. Simply follow the steps, and as you complete each item, check it off in your to-do list. Some assignments may require submitting answers or reflections, while others are quizzes or surveys that will be automatically graded.

The course includes a mix of instructional videos, readings, slide decks, quizzes, weekly check-ins, and podcast episodes (AI on Air). These materials are designed to offer both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on applications to help you adopt AI within your organization.

No prior knowledge of AI is required to take the program. Our AI Adoption Programs are designed for individuals at all levels, from beginners to those who may have some experience with AI. The course will guide you through the concepts and practical steps needed for successful AI adoption in your organization.

While the course content is available weekly, you can work at your own pace within each week. However, we recommend following the schedule we've laid out for the best learning experience. This approach ensures you stay on track with the course and have time to reflect on and apply each week’s lessons before moving on.

If you miss a week, don’t worry! The content will still be available to you, and you can catch up at your own pace within each week. However, we recommend staying on schedule as much as possible to get the most out of the program and to align with our community discussions.

You will have access to all course materials for the duration of your program so you can review and revisit any content as needed. You can also opt-in to the Community component after the program ends to get access to additional resources, assistance, and content.
